Affordable Housing Opportunity: Nellie Hannon Gateway Applications Open May 12–26
Applications will be available from Monday, May 12 at 10:00am through Monday, May 26 at 5:00pm.
Please note that duplicate applications WILL NOT be accepted.
Nellie Hannon Gateway will provide 90 affordable rental apartments serving low-income households above community-serving commercial space. ECAP, a nonprofit food assistance program that has been serving the community from this site for many years, will occupy the commercial space on the ground floor.
The new development will be a seven-story building with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. 100% of the apartments will be designated for households earning less than 60% of the area median income, except for one manager's unit. 43% of the apartments will be reserved for homeless households. Supportive services will be provided on-site to ensure the long-term housing stabilization for all residents.
