Alen Simonyan meets with President of National Assembly of France

The RA NA President Alen Simonyan, who is in France on a working visit, met with the President of the National Assembly of France Yaël Braun-Pivet. The interlocutors' discussion focused on issues regarding the Armenia-France, Armenia-EU agenda, also based on the topics of interparliamentary cooperation.

The parties also touched upon regional issues, emphasizing in this context the need to conclude the already agreed Agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Alen Simonyan drew the attention of his French colleague to the issue of the prisoners of war and illegally held persons in Azerbaijan, also highlighting the issue of the missing servicemen.
