City Council to review proposed Parkline project Sept. 30

Published on September 22, 2025

Aug. 25, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council approve the requested land use entitlements and certify the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Parkline Master Plan Project. The City Council is scheduled to review the proposed project and consider the Planning Commission's recommendation at its Sept. 30 meeting. Community members are encouraged to review the Final EIR(PDF, 12MB), released July 7, and participate in the Sept. 30 City Council meeting. The agenda and meeting materials for the City Council meeting will be posted to the City website at least 72 hours before the meeting. At the meeting, the City Council will review and consider the project and determine whether to certify the Final EIR and approve the proposed project. If you would like to submit written comments on the Project or the Final EIR, please do so before 5 p.m. Sept. 30, as described below. The project would redevelop the SRI International Campus and 201 Ravenswood Ave. with a mix of uses, including up to 800 residential units, 251 of which are below market rate units, a maximum of 1 million square feet of non-residential space, inclusive of office/research and development buildings, a small restaurant and potentially retail components. The proposal includes approximately 29.9 acres of private and publicly accessible open space, including a network of publicly accessible bicycle and pedestrian trails, open spaces and active/passive recreational areas. More information on the proposed project is available on the City-maintained project page. For more information on the proposed project or to submit written comments on the project or Final EIR, please email Principal Planner Corinna Sandmeier at [email protected].

Comments on the Project or the Final EIR may also be provided by letter to Corinna Sandmeier, Community Development, 701 Laurel St., Menlo Park, CA 94025.
