Turkish National Defense University delegation continues its visit to Azerbaijan

The visit of the delegation led by Vice Rector of the Turkish National Defense University, Lieutenant General Burhan Aktaş is underway.
As part of the visit, the Turkish delegation met with Commander of the Azerbaijan Naval Forces, Rear Admiral Shahin Mammadov. During the meeting, the guests were briefed on the history, activities, and combat readiness of the Naval Forces, as well as on the ongoing work aimed at professional personnel development. Questions of interest were also answered.
Lieutenant General B.Aktaş signed the remembrance book.
The Turkish delegation visited one of the military units of the Naval Forces and viewed the weapons and technical equipment of the naval special forces.
Then the Turkish guests visited the Military Institute named after Heydar Aliyev of the National Defense University. The delegation was briefed on the educational process.
The guests toured the campus and administrative facilities of the educational institution, where they met with Turkish cadets enrolled at the institution and inquired about their academic training, living conditions, and overall level of professional preparedness.
Subsequently, the Turkish delegation visited the War Games Center of the Military Management Institute under the National Defense University. The visitors were briefed on the Center's activities, as well as the existing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in military education.
In conclusion of the meetings, the sides exchanged gifts and took a group photo.
