Two Week Road Closure: Southbound Higley Road at Pecos

Gilbert, Ariz. - Beginning Monday, July 6, Higley Road southbound will be closed at Pecos Road for approximately two weeks, from 8:00PM to 5:00AM during weekdays. This traffic control setup will still allow for southbound left and right turns.

This closure is necessary to accommodate underground utility work, including rehabilitation of the water transmission main that serves this area. This effort is a part of the WA1614 Transmission Main Assessment project, more information can be found at this link: https://glbrt.is/wa1614.

Motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time and follow all posted signage in the area.
