Update on postal services to Thailand

Hongkong Post announced today (December 5) that, as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, mail delivery services to most areas previously affected by flooding have returned to normal. However, mail delivery services to postcode areas 13xxx and 90xxx are still subject to delays.
