Lynn Lane to Narrow for Street Improvements Project between East 11th, East 31st Streets

10/15/2026

As part of a Mill, Patch, and Overlay project to improve the driving surface of Lynn Lane (S. 177th E. Ave.) between E. 11th and E. 31st Streets, the northbound lane along Lynn Lane between East 11th and East 31st Streets is closing to thru-traffic starting Oct. 15, 2026.

During this time, Lynn Lane will be narrowed to one lane in the southbound direction only, with detours posted for northbound traffic. Following completion of the northbound lanes in a couple of weeks, work will shift to the southbound lanes, where southbound traffic will be detoured and northbound traffic will reopen.

Closures are expected to remain in place until mid-November. During this time, drivers are encouraged to follow posted signage, use caution in the area, and allow extra travel time.

For more information on road closures and traffic conditions, visit the online Traffic Flow Map.
