CMT Subcommittee Forwards Motor Vehicle Safety and Automotive Leadership Bills to Full Committee

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Gus Bilirakis (FL-12), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade, led a markup of twelve bills to strengthen automotive safety, affordability, and leadership.

"The twelve bills we considered address a wide range of priorities from improving vehicle safety technology to modernizing our transportation regulations. Each of these measures reflects a commitment to keeping Americans safe on the road, while supporting the competitiveness and innovation of our domestic automotive industry," said Chairman Bilirakis.
