Chinese Ambassador to Samoa Fei Mingxing Attends Commencement Ceremony for the Python Training Program of the China-Samoa Vocational Skills Training Center

On July 10, 2025, Chinese Ambassador to Samoa Fei Mingxing attended the commencement ceremony for the Python Training Program of the China-Samoa Vocational Skills Training Center and delivered the remarks. Commissioner of Public Service Commission of Samoa Fonoti Perelini Perelini, Vice Chancellor of the National University of Samoa (NUS) Professor Tuifuisa'a Patila Amosa, trainers from Taizhou Polytechnic College and trainees were present.

Ambassador Fei congratulated the trainees on completing their training and praised that this program was a new attempt for bilateral capacity-building, a new achievement in China-Samoa educational cooperation and a new highlight of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Samoa.

Professor Amosa expressed gratitude to the Chinese Embassy and the Taizhou Polytechnic College for their support and dedication to the program. She acknowledged the performance of the participants and encouraged them to apply the knowledge learned to make greater contributions to the development of digital innovation in Samoa and the friendship between Samoa and China.

Commissioner Perelini presented certificates to the trainees. Representatives of trainers from Taizhou Polytechnic College and trainees shared their experiences and insights from the training program.
