Norton Rose Fulbright advises AmTrust on acquisition of the control of Wakam group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised AmTrust on the acquisition of the Wakam insurance group, including its two subsidiaries, the insurance undertakings Wakam SA and Wakam UK.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising AmTrust on this transaction was led by Adriana Cotter, London-based corporate and regulatory partner, and Bénédicte Denis, partner and Head of the Corporate M&A and Regulatory practices in Paris, with the support of counsel Catherine Mandon and senior associate Daisy Larcombe throughout the transaction. The team also included senior associate Simon Lazzari and associate Pierre Bourcier de Saint Chaffray on the regulatory aspects, as well as senior associate Thomas Widdows and associates Louise Degaudenzi, Salomé Ayache and Ciara Scrutton on the corporate aspects.
