Hermon, Maine (October 24, 2025) - Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is proud to announce a new long-term partnership with Maine native and former NASCAR star Ricky Craven to reimagine and revitalize the track in Hermon, Maine, renaming it Speedway Presented by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. The Bank's 10-year sponsorship commitment will support renovation efforts and ongoing operations at the property, with the goal of enhancing the region's economic vitality through motorsports, events, and community engagement.

His ties to Speedway run deep; as a youth, he raced at this very facility, learning the fundamentals of competition, mechanics, and community camaraderie.

Craven's return is more than just a homecoming. His investment in the property represents an ambitious vision to transform the facility into a vibrant hub and a destination for local, regional, and national events year-round.

Under the renovation plan already in progress, the track is being upgraded in phases: resurfacing, infrastructure improvements, spectator amenities (including upgraded grandstands and hospitality areas), and expanded event programming.
