ATN holds live draw for Afghanistan Futsal Premier League season 4

Ariana Radio & Television Network (ATN) held the draw for the fourth season of the Afghanistan Futsal Premier League (AFPL) at its sports studio, with officials from the Sports Authority and Football Federation in attendance. The live ceremony on ATN and Ariana News channels revealed the fixtures for all 18 weeks, allowing the ten competing teams to know their opponents ahead of the season starting on 6 June 2025 . Matches will be played at the Afghanistan Football Federation's futsal gymnasium, with Sadaqat FC facing Noorzad FC in the opening game.

This season will feature 90 matches played on a round-robin basis for the first time. Games are scheduled daily except Saturdays, with two matches each day at 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The full fixture list was released early through a joint initiative by the Futsal Committee and Ariana Television, giving teams ample time to prepare.

ATN's support has been vital to the growth of futsal in Afghanistan, especially after the national team's debut at the FIFA Futsal World Cup in Uzbekistan last year and their first appearance in the AFC Futsal Championship this year. Domestic tournaments like the AFPL play a key role in developing local players.
