Charles Gray Speaks at the University of North Carolina School of Law’s Banking Institute

Charles Gray, a partner in S&C's Financial Services Group, will speak on the panel "Bank M&A: The Future Ain't What It Used to Be"at the University of North Carolina School of Law's Center for Banking and Finance's Banking Institute, held from March 27-28. The panel will discuss existing and expected merger policy under the new administration and share tips based on past M&A activity.

The Banking Institute is a continuing legal education program that focuses on important issues for bankers and their lawyers.
