Setting Things Right with Ranked Rewards and Mister Clocksworth

Hearthstone EP Nathan here. Recently we hit a few bumps, so I'm here to tell you how we're going to smooth them out.

Ranked Reward Packs

At the end of the last Ranked season, those who opened their rewards got Lost City of Un'Goro packs instead of Across the Timeways, which was the intention.

Here's how we're making it right:

• Next week, we'll be sending you the proper Across the Timeways packs you should have gotten.
• You'll keep the Lost City of Un'Goro packs you already opened.

Signature Mister Clocksworth

A bug caused the Signature Mister Clocksworth card to appear in Across the Timeways packs, and we removed it from collections. That was a mistake. Each collection is personal and represents your history of play and love for the game. While there may be extreme circumstances that call for altering a collection, this wasn't one of them. We know how much your collection means to you, and we apologize for the frustration this caused.

Here's how we're making it right:

• As of this post, we've restored the Signature Mister Clocksworth card to everyone affected. You opened it, so it's yours.
• You'll keep the random Signature card you already received.
• We're also sending you 5 Golden Across the Timeways packs.
