Parkwood Area Lift Station Consolidation Project
September 2, 2025
Project updates from the contractor, Carolina Civilworks, Inc.
- Work behind Newhall Road, Pendleton Court and Elmset Lane is finishing up and restoration of those construction areas is in process.
- Work at the pump station off of Grandale Drive and behind Kandes Court continues. This work will be ongoing for several months.
- Work behind Dedmon Court has begun.
- Waterline installations from Kandes Court will commence the week of September 2.
- Work along Sedwick Road will begin in a couple of weeks. During this work, parking along Sedwick will not be permitted between the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. The contractor will distribute signs and notifications one week prior to the start of this work. Temporary No Parking signs will be installed along affected areas of Sedwick Road.
