Comptroller Huffines Launches Texas Education Freedom Accounts Transparency Dashboard

(AUSTIN) - Texas Comptroller Don Huffines today launched the first phase of his Taxpayer First Project transparency tools, unveiling a new webpage that allows Texans to easily track Texas Education Freedom Accounts spending.
The new site provides initial program metrics and will expand in the coming weeks into a full dashboard with searchable and visualized data. The webpage also includes a direct link to the Comptroller's Law Enforcement Operations whistleblower portal , enabling Texans to confidentially report suspected fraud.
This launch marks a key milestone in Comptroller Huffines' broader Taxpayer First Project to strengthen transparency, enhance financial oversight, and ensure Texans have clear insight into how their tax dollars are being used.
