DGA-Backed Group Calls out "High Tax Jack" Ciattarelli in New Ad

Ciattarelli: "A 10% sales tax on everything. Including food and clothing."

Today, Greater Garden State, a group backed by the Democratic Governors Association, launched a new ad in New Jersey highlighting how Jack Ciattarelli has raised the possibility of yet another punishing price hike on hardworking families. In his own words, Ciattarelli has repeatedly discussed how a "10% sales tax on everything, including food and clothing," is "on the table," despite recent reports that show everyday costs are spiking.

Ciattarelli has also endorsed Trump's chaotic tariffs and deeply unpopular budget - both of which are making life more expensive in New Jersey. "A 10% tax on everything" would only make it harder on families to afford basic necessities, from groceries to gas to utility bills.

This ad is the second of a $20 million reservation in TV, digital, and streaming ads to run across New Jersey ahead of this year's gubernatorial election.
