Change to Virtual Public Comment for Board of Commissioners' Meetings

In light of a recent incident involving inappropriate content shared by a virtual participant during last week's Board of Commissioners' Business Meeting, we are announcing a new process to ensure our meetings remain safe and productive for everyone. Starting immediately, anyone wishing to provide public comment virtually will need to preregister by filling out this form: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/0eac4fee5bf0447a80d76414015d2321 no later than 5:00pm on the Monday before the Business Meeting. Registered participants will then receive a link to join the meeting virtually. Please note, the process for in-person public comments will remain unchanged. The link to the form can also be found at www.klamathcounty.org.
