Bridge Crossing in Essex Park Temporarily Closing for Resurfacing

The bridge crossing in Essex Park (5455 West River Road NW) will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21 for resurfacing repairs.

The work will help prevent future storm damage and maintain the safety and integrity of the bridge. The closure is expected to last through Friday, October 24, weather permitting.

During this time, the bridge will be closed to all pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Visitors are encouraged to use alternate routes.
