In another OneGov agreement, GSA provides federal agencies with discounted pricing on powerful AI tools to help modernize agency business and achieve savings
WASHINGTON - Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced a OneGov collaboration with Box, the leading Intelligent Content Management (ICM) platform. Under this agreement, agencies can acquire Box's Enterprise Plus for Government software with up to a 75% discount and their Enterprise Advanced for Government software with up to a 65% discount off the list price. Both offers are valid for a 12-month term.
This agreement will help to advance America's AI Action Plan by providing federal agencies with democratized access to Box's transformative AI functionality, Box AI. Powered by government-approved models, Box AI helps drive end-user productivity and automate essential workflows across contracting, research, mission support, disaster response, and veteran healthcare. Additionally, Box supports a wide range of compliant content management capabilities including e-signature, forms, document generation, and seamless collaboration - all in a single cloud-native platform.
"GSA's new agreement with Box equips federal agencies with cutting-edge, AI-powered tools to modernize workflows and boost efficiency," said GSA Acting Administrator Michael Rigas. "This partnership underscores the Trump Administration's focus on innovative solutions, drives savings, and strengthens service to the American people."
As part of the OneGov agreement, Box is providing federal agencies with a FedRAMPHigh and DoD IL4 compliant solution. Box drives secure agency modernization by delivering a unified tool for content sharing, document workflows, digital signatures (E-signatures and advanced CAC PIV smart card digital signatures), and records management, replacing disparate legacy systems. Box also supports over 1,500 integrations with other software products.
"We value our partnership with Box and their commitment to the Administration's goal of providing federal agencies with transformative, cost-effective AI tools," said Federal Acquisition Service Commissioner Josh Gruenbaum. "This strategic collaboration empowers the federal government to accelerate implementation of President Trump's AI Action Plan and reinforce American AI leadership on the global stage."
"We're excited to work with GSA to help federal agencies reimagine how work gets done - using AI to automate outdated, manual workflows and eliminate fragmented tools," said Aaron Levie, Co-founder and CEO of Box. "With Box, agencies can reduce legacy system costs while boosting productivity and delivering faster services to the public."
This agreement aligns with GSA's OneGov Strategy by consolidating redundant tools onto a single, secure Software-as-a-Service platform. It fosters direct engagement with original equipment manufacturers, leading to cost efficiencies and improved operational effectiveness, while also facilitating secure collaboration and interoperability across various agency ecosystems. The initiative supports President Trump's April 2025 Executive Order on ensuring commercial, cost-effective solutions in federal contracts.
