ETF Year-End Holiday Closures 2025

The Department of Employee Trust Funds, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business on the following legal holidays:

  • Dec. 24, 2025, Wednesday (Christmas Eve Day)
  • Dec. 25, 2025, Thursday (Christmas Day)
  • Dec. 31, 2025, Wednesday (New Year's Eve Day)
  • Jan. 1, 2026, Thursday (New Year's Day)

WRS members may use the ETF website to view and print forms and brochures, or review online videos.

For two weeks starting Dec. 22, 2025, ETF's customer service call center staff will be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST).
