Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar Elects two new Shareholders

Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar, a member of Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, announces the election of two new shareholders including Madeline A. Hock in the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice and Michael L. Telford in the Firm's Corporate practice. Both lawyers are located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Madeline A. Hock specializes in civil and complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes. She has experience handling all phases of litigation in Utah state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as arbitrations, and successfully helps clients navigate contentious cases.

Michael L. Telford is an M&A attorney with extensive experience in both buy- and sell-side transactions. He advises clients on a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings, minority equity investments, and fund formations. He works with public and private clients ranging from small startups to large multinational corporations.
