I strongly believe that to elevate the domestic chemical industry to a qualitatively new level and enhance its competitiveness and investment appeal, it is essential to continue uniting the relevant efforts of the state, business, and the scientific and educational communities. Much depends on this - Russia's technological leadership and its economic and industrial sovereignty."
