2024 fourth quarter leasing highlights: wpg attends ICSC New York and welcomes several new lululemon locations

In the fourth quarter of 2024, wpg signed 96 new long- and short-term deals.  Our team takes care to ensure we pair the right retailers with the right properties, then continues to work closely with them as they customize their space and establish their business.  Here are a few highlights from the past quarter:

Aritzia

In December, Aritzia opened its first location in the wpg portfolio at Town Center Crossing in Leawood, Kansas. This was also Aritzia's first location in that market. Aritzia specializes in everyday luxury apparel.

lululemon

During the fourth quarter of 2024, wpg partnered with lululemon to help the retailer grow in three markets. First, the brand expanded to a larger space at Classen Curve in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Then, just before the busy holiday shopping season, lululemon opened two pop- up shops in the wpg portfolio, one at Mesa Mall in Grand Junction, Colorado, and another at Paddock Mall in Ocala, Florida. ICSC New York

In December, more than two dozen wpg colleagues traveled to New York for ICSC New York, the annual December dealmaking show. Our leasing representatives spent several days meeting with current and prospective tenants. We look forward to seeing some of those touchpoints turn into new openings.
