FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. - Which came first, the chicken or the egg? This question has been debated throughout time. However, one thing for sure: You can get fresh eggs at a significant savings by shopping at your commissary.

Eggs are also a versatile food as they can be served poached, hard-boiled, over-easy or scrambled and are an added staple to many recipes such as cakes and desserts.
