TAMPA, FL. (March 31, 2025)- Tampa Police Detectives are investigating a homicide that occurred in the 10-thousand block of N. Nebraska Avenue.
At 6:14 pm, officers responded to a call about a disturbance. When officers arrived, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
The preliminary investigation indicates that the shooting resulted from a dispute between an employee and a customer. During the altercation, the employee shot the customer.
The employee is cooperating with the investigation, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
