Parking/Traffic Advisory: UH Mānoa men’s volleyball and baseball, May 2

University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa

Contact:

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Athletics Department is advising fans and area residents to plan ahead for increased traffic on Saturday, May 2, as UH Mānoa will host an already sold-out baseball game and an expected sold-out men's volleyball match. Parking rules will also be modified. The Zone 20 parking structure may fill to capacity, and overflow parking will be available on upper campus. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and allow extra time for parking and entry.

Saturday, May 2

  • NCAA men's volleyball regional final vs. winner of USC/Belmont Abbey, 4 p.m. at Bankoh Arena at Stan Sheriff Center
  • Baseball vs. UC Riverside, 6:35 p.m. at Les Murakami Stadium

Men's volleyball parking passes: Because the NCAA men's volleyball regional final is an added postseason event and not part of the regular season, all vehicles, including pass holders, must pay a $10 parking fee at kiosks upon entry. Once the fee is paid, reserved parking passes may be used to park in designated areas.

Baseball parking passes: Zone 20 and reserved area passes will grant parking access at no charge as usual. Zone 20 pass holders will be directed to upper campus, via East-West Road or Maile Way, if the parking structure fills prior to their arrival.

Traffic tips

  • Consider entering campus via the Waiʻalae Avenue gate to help distribute traffic flow.
  • Carpooling or ridesharing is encouraged.
  • Allow additional travel time, especially prior to and after both events.

UH appreciates the patience of fans and Mānoa area residents. For updates and additional information, visit HawaiiAthletics.com.
