Our 2025 WomenRise leadership program kicks off

We kicked off our 2025 WomenRise program last week in Melbourne with a new cohort and a whole lot of excitement to empower and uplift the next generation of women leaders at Service Stream.

WomenRise is more than a leadership program, it's a space for possibility, growth and transformation. In partnership with Success2you, our program involves two tailored learning experiences focusing on Emerging Leaders and Senior Leaders.

Over several months, participants engage in a dynamic journey of coaching, mentoring, feedback and collaboration, designed to amplify their strengths, accelerate their impact, and support their rise here at Service Stream.

A highlight of our first session was the Leaders Panel Q&A, where both cohorts came together to hear from three highly respected leaders at Service Stream. A huge thank you to Vilma Ferreira, Alexia Craig and Jacqueline Piddick for sharing your career journeys, helpful advice, and hopes for the future. Your openness, unity and support set the tone for what promises to be a truly transformative program.

WomenRise is an essential part of Service Stream's broader Training and Development Strategy and is aligned with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy to create a more inclusive workplace, unlock potential, and shape the future of Service Stream.
