GEFA to Offer Webinar on Energy Savings Performance Contracting
The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is hosting a free webinar on Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC) on Tuesday, June 23, at 2:00 p.m.
ESPC allows cities and counties to address aging infrastructure, reduce energy and water costs, and tackle deferred maintenance by using guaranteed savings to pay for improvements over time. The webinar will walk participants through the basic steps in the process, what makes a good project candidate, and how GEFA can support communities from early exploration through construction and savings verification.
The session is designed for elected officials, city and county managers, finance officers, and facilities staff.
