Court Closed on Fridays During Government Shutdown
Effective Friday, October 24, 2025, and continuing until the conclusion of the federal government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada will be closed on Fridays. Please monitor the court's website for updates regarding the status of court operations.
Electronic filing through the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system will remain available for the electronic filing of documents.
The Clerk's Office remains open Monday - Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
