March 7 Passport Fair

My office is hosting a free Passport Fair with the State Department to help you get your passport book or passport card!

Apply for routine or expedited service, and get your passport photo taken (though bringing your own photo is highly encouraged).

STEPS TO APPLY FOR YOUR PASSPORT:

  • Submit your complete application (DS-11) for a passport book or passport card.
  • Submit:
    • Certified copy of your birth certificate;
    • Original Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship;
    • Original Reprot of Birth Abroad; or
    • Previously issues, undamaged U.S. passport.
  • Bring to your appointment:
    • Photocopy of evidence of U.S. Citizenship
    • One (1) recent passport photo (2 inches by 2 inches). NO GLASSES in photos.
    • Valid photo ID (like a Driver's License, State ID card, currently passport or Military ID)
      • A photocopy of your valid photo ID.
    • Payment of fee (credit/debit card, check, or money order).

Please Note: Passport applicants must appear in person, including minors. Passport applications for minors under 16 require the consent of both parents, or evidence that one parent has sole legal custody.
