NTCA Supports Hilliary Petition for Review

(February 9 ) In comments filed with the FCC, NTCA supported a request filed by Hilliary Communications seeking a recalculation of the company's updated Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) program service obligations and support amounts. As NTCA stated, nothing in the Enhanced A-CAM order justifies or enables the kinds of changes to support made by the bureau.
