Throughout this Congress, Chair Ernst plans to recognize a small business in every one of Iowa's 99 counties.

RED OAK, Iowa - U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Chair of the Senate Small Business Committee, today announced her Small Business of the Week: Kendrick Forest Products of Delaware County. Throughout the 119th Congress, Chair Ernst plans to recognize a small business in each of Iowa's 99 counties.

"Kendrick Forest Products is a re-bark-able example of the ambition and resilience of Iowa small businesses," said Chair Ernst. "For over four decades, the Kendrick family has been rooted in hard work, craftsmanship, and innovation, growing their operations from a small logging business into a global supplier supporting local jobs and strengthening Iowa communities."

Founded in 1983 by Tim and Rhonda Kendrick, Kendrick Forest Products serves the Edgewood community as a family-owned sawmill and logging company. From harvesting and milling to kiln drying and exporting products worldwide, the business delivers over 17 million board feet per year - becoming the largest sawmill in Iowa.

Stay tuned as Chair Ernst continues to recognize outstanding Iowa small businesses with her Small Business of the Week award.
