RE: GERBER RECALLS SELECT ARROWROOT BISCUITS DUE TO POTENTIAL FOREIGN MATERIAL
Amador County, CA: Gerber Products Company has voluntarily recalled limited batches of Gerber® Arrowroot Biscuits because they may contain soft plastic and/or paper pieces that should not be consumed, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and company officials announced.
The recall applies to 5.5-ounce packages of the biscuits with "Best Before" dates from Oct. 16 through Dec. 16, 2026. Parents and caregivers should check the 10-digit batch code on the back of the package to identify affected lots.
No illnesses or injuries have been reported in connection with these products. The potential contamination was traced to an arrowroot flour supplier, and Gerber says it is no longer working with that supplier.
Consumer Guidance: • Do not feed recalled biscuits to children. • Return affected products to the place of purchase for a full refund. • For questions or help identifying recalled products, contact Gerber's consumer support line at 1-800-GERBER (1-800-443-7237).
This recall is limited to the specified biscuits; no other Gerber products are included.
