Thompson Thrift Earns National Recognition with Seven Top Workplaces Awards

This marks the fourth consecutive year Thompson Thrift has received national Top Workplaces recognitions.

The Top Workplaces program has a 19-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets. The awards are based entirely on employee feedback gathered through Energage's confidential, research-backed employee engagement survey. The benchmark is informed by data collected from more than 23 million employee surveys across over 70,000 organizations, making it one of the most robust workplace culture datasets available.

Earlier this year, Thompson Thrift also earned a 2026 Top Workplaces USA award.
