PIERRE, S.D. - Tomorrow, Governor Larry Rhoden and the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDNG) will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Watertown Vehicle Maintenance Shop. The groundbreaking will take place at 1951 US Hwy 20, Watertown, SD 57201, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2 pm CT/1 pm MT.
