On December 20, Chinese Consul General in Penang Zhou Youbin attended the 115th Anniversary Celebration of Kwong Wat Yit Poh. Present were Penang State Chief Minister YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry YB Sim Tze Tzin, vice president of board of directors of Kwong Wat Yit Poh Tan Sri Ong Gim Huat, President of the Chinese Language Press Institute Ms. Tiong Choon as well as other more than 1000 representatives from all walks of life.
