We're excited to share our latest VSee Clinic release rolling out on March 18. This one includes a couple of quality-of-life updates based on your feedback and common patient requests.
If you have ever had patients trying to reach you through the wrong channels, this one is for you.
We have added a new optional field to the provider signup form: "Clinic number or email for your clients/patients to contact."
Once added, that info will automatically show up on the patient landing page with a helpful note directing patients appropriately:
Connection or Technical Concerns, [email protected]or (650) 772-6259
Provider email address [your clinic contact info].
This way, patients can reach you directly for non-urgent matters, and your personal contact info stays private.
Patients can now handle their own credit card updates right from their profile. No more back-and-forth with support just to switch cards or update expired ones. They can add, remove, or change their default card anytime.
