Friday, September 18, 2026 -- A technical problem prevented several items from appearing on the agenda released yesterday for the City Council meeting on Monday, September 21, 2026.

RESOLUTIONS:

26-1254: A resolution approving a Proposed Department of Housing Stability One-Year Continuation of the Strategic Plan for the City and County of Denver.

26-1285: A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Colorado Legal Services to provide free eviction legal services.

26-1292: A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Savio House to continue providing fiscal oversight and prevention program services as part of Denver's Collaborative Management Program to support youth and families in their own communities.

26-1294: A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Bear Communications, Inc. for the upfitting of law enforcement vehicles.

26-1295: A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Stride Sober Living LLC to provide housing and sobriety programs to eligible individuals being released from custody from Denver City Jails.

BILLS ON INTRODUCTION (FIRST READING)

26-1291: A bill for an ordinance approving and providing for the execution of a proposed grant agreement between the City and County of Denver and the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development concerning the "Community Project Funding" program and the funding therefor.
