Meet Daniel Karlsen, our new EVP HVAC & Plumbing

Daniel Karlsen started full time in the role on 3 August 2026. He will focus on strengthening customer value, accelerating commercial execution and developing SmartCraft's software portfolio for the HVAC & Plumbing segment.

Daniel Karlsen brings extensive experience from growing software companies, building commercial organisations and supporting expansion across the Nordic region. Before joining SmartCraft, he played a key role in the growth of Semine, a Norwegian-founded B2B fintech company, contributing to the company's development in Norway as well as its expansion into Sweden and Finland.

At SmartCraft, he will build on the strong position of the HVAC & Plumbing business area and explore further growth opportunities in both existing and new markets.
