Paving Operations Prompt Closure of I-75 Ramp to Raccoon Valley Road in Knox County

Motorists traveling on I-75 and Raccoon Valley Road in Knox County should be aware of upcoming road construction activities that will have an impact on traffic.

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, the I-75 on and off ramps at Raccoon Valley Road (Exit 117) in Knox County will be closed to allow for milling and paving activities. The southbound ramps will be closed first, followed by the northbound ramps. All work will be completed by 6 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and use extreme caution in this area as workers will be present.
