Learn How to Apply for Citizenship in Minnesota

The City of Saint Paul entered into a contract to help residents of the city apply for naturalization with the International Institute of Minnesota. The International Institute can help you determine if you are eligible to apply for citizenship and offers free legal services to those who qualify. They can also assist with determining if you qualify for a filing fee waiver or no-interest filing fee loan, as well as accommodations or waiver of the English or Civics exam requirements.
