The press briefing before the EU-GCC summit of 16 October 2024 and the press briefing on the European Council meeting of 17-18 October 2024, will take place on Tuesday 15 October 2024 at 11.00.

These briefings will be "off the record".

The press briefings will take place in a hybrid format: EU accredited journalists will be able to participate and ask questions either in person at the Justus Lipsius press room or remotely.
