National Bank Investments Launches New Funds and ETF Series

1 The annual management and administration fees are based on the average daily net asset value of the NBI Fund. These management and administration fees, plus applicable taxes, will accrue daily and be paid monthly.

The NBI SmartData U.S. Equity Covered Call Fund's investment objective is to generate income and to provide moderate long-term capital growth. The fund invests directly, or through investments in securities of other mutual funds, in a portfolio mainly composed of equity securities of U.S. companies while seeking to mitigate some downside risk through the use of covered call options.

The NBI SmartData International Equity Covered Call Fund's investment objective is to generate income and to provide moderate long-term capital growth. The fund invests directly, or through investments in securities of other mutual funds, in a portfolio mainly composed of equity securities of international companies while seeking to mitigate some downside risk through the use of covered call options.

The NBI SmartData Enhanced Yield U.S. Equity Fund's investment objective is to provide long-term capital growth and to generate income. The fund invests directly, or through investments in securities of other mutual funds, in a portfolio mainly composed of equities of U.S. companies. The fund may use leverage through one or more sources, including the use of derivatives, cash borrowing and short selling, subject to the limits permitted under applicable securities legislation. The fund's aggregate gross exposure to sources of leverage will not exceed 150% of the fund's net asset value.

The NBI Target 2032 Investment Grade Bond Fund's investment objective is to provide current income and preserve capital. The fund invests, directly or indirectly through investments in securities of other mutual funds, in a portfolio comprised primarily of investment-grade bonds of North American companies with an effective maturity in 2032. As bonds reach maturity, it is expected that the portfolio will transition primarily to cash and cash equivalents by its target date, which is on or about November 30, 2032.
