Update on schedule of the exploratory well in block OFF-6

ANCAP informs that APA Exploration LDC ("APA"), Uruguay Branch, operator of the offshore block OFF-6, has communicated an update to the planning of the start of exploratory well in such block, which is currently scheduled to commence as of September 2027.

This update reflects a standard planning process for projects of high technical complexity, in which operational, logistical, and regulatory aspects are integrated in order to ensure the safe and efficient execution of operations.

In this context, project planning considers the appropriate sequencing of obtaining the required authorizations, defining the associated logistics, and contracting and ensuring the availability of drilling equipment within the optimal window of meteorological and oceanographic conditions.

A delegation of senior APA executives recently met with ANCAP and other public authorities to share this update and reaffirm APA's commitment to advancing the project.

ANCAP continues to work in coordination with the competent authorities and with APA on the development of the technical, regulatory, and planning aspects, and will provide timely updates on the main milestones of the project.
