QUINCY, IL - Today, Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) welcomed U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Administrator Kelly Loeffler to Quincy for a series of visits highlighting the Trump Administration's accomplishments in strengthening American manufacturing and supporting local small businesses across IL-15.
During the visit, Rep. Miller and Administrator Loeffler met with local business owners and employees, including Quincy Metal Fabricators and Thyme Square Bakery & Cafe, to discuss the importance of expanding domestic production, supporting skilled American workers, and creating new economic opportunities in rural Illinois.
"It was a special privilege to welcome Administrator Loeffler back to her home state of Illinois and showcase the hardworking Americans who keep our communities thriving," said Congresswoman Mary Miller. "Thanks to President Trump and his remarkable administration, we are cutting taxes, eliminating burdensome regulations, and putting American workers and small businesses first. I will continue fighting alongside this administration to ensure our local manufacturers and Main Street businesses have every opportunity to succeed."
"It was a privilege to join Congresswoman Mary Miller in Quincy and to meet with the hardworking small business owners and manufacturers who are the backbone of its economy," said SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler. "From the factory floor to rural America and Main Street, Illinois' entrepreneurs are hiring and growing again thanks to President Trump's America First agenda that rewards hard work. Through historic Working Families Tax Cuts, deregulation, and fair trade, the Trump SBA is proud to work with leaders like Congresswoman Miller to put American workers and job creators first."
