10/23/2026 - Fones Road Daytime Partial Closure – Schedule Change

Building a Safer Street for Everyone
Fones Road Daytime Partial Closure - Schedule Change

The concrete subcontractor scheduled for October 22nd was unable to provide a crew for the planned work. The daytime road closure of Fones Road south of the compact roundabout at Home Depot has been moved to October 27th. Crews will be installing concrete pads for garbage and recycling collection. Residents at the south end of Fones Road may experience minor delays exiting or entering driveways as this work is completed.

In addition to this closure, DeTrays Mobile Home Park has informed the City that there will be a delivery of a mobile home on the Wednesday the 28th. This will require a complete closure of the south end of Fones Road from 10:00 AM to noon.
