NAVY

Meggitt Defense Systems Inc., doing business as Parker Meggitt Defense Systems Division, Irvine, California, is awarded a $22,471,439 firm-fixed-price contract for the production and delivery of F/A-18 Infrared Search and Track (IRST) Environmental Control Unit (ECU) Weapons Replaceable Assemblies in support of full-rate production requirements for the Navy. The ECU provides cooling for critical IRST components, ensuring system reliability and performance. Work will be performed in Irvine, California, and is expected to be completed in February 2030. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,712,079; fiscal 2026 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,785,347; and fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of 9,974,014, will be obligated at the time of award. Davis Defense Group LLC, Stafford, Virginia, is being awarded a $20,496,578 firm-fixed-price and cost reimbursement (travel only) contract bridge with a 12-month period of performance for academic support services in support of the Marine Corps University. The contract period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. This contract requires multiple performance locations across the Marine Corps University campuses. The majority of the work will be done at the Marine Corps University facilities in Quantico, Virginia. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $18,869,034 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Subsequent contract modifications to incorporate funding will utilize fiscal year operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds available at time of execution. EMS Development Corp., Yaphank, New York, is being awarded $9,299,836 for a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 308 outboard magnetometers used on Virginia-class submarines. The contract does not contain an option provision. All work will be performed in Yaphank, New York, and is expected to be completed by December 2028. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the contract's full amount of $9,299,836 will be obligated at time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) and one offer received.
