Fried Frank Earns Perfect Score on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index for 16th Year

For the 16th year in a row, Fried Frank has achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's (HRCF) 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the leading benchmark for corporate policies and practices that promote LGBTQ+ workplace equality in the United States.

This year, Fried Frank is proud to stand among 765 US businesses honored with the Equality 100 Award, recognizing leaders in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The 2025 CEI is the most comprehensive yet, evaluating 1,449 companies - the largest number since the survey began in 2002.

The CEI measures companies across four key areas:

• Non-discrimination policies across all business operations.
• Equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ employees and their families.
• Support for an inclusive workplace culture.
• Corporate social responsibility initiatives.
