TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Cherry Lane Work at the Railroad Crossing
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists Cherry Lane will be closed at the railroad crossing this weekend, Friday and Saturday, April 10th and 11th.
Starting on Monday, April 13th, Norfolk Southern crews will be performing general maintenance at the Cherry Lane crossing beginning at 7:00 am. The work will require the intermittent lane closures on Cherry Lane. The work is expected to be completed by 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 16th.
Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area. For more information visit the DelDOT website at www.deldot.gov, or download the DelDOT app.
